Membrane-type aeration device "Hoseflex"

You can create a membrane-type aeration pipe of your desired length by combining it with PVC pipes.

The "Hose Rex" is a membrane-type aeration hose. By simply covering it with commercially available PVC pipes (including caps and fittings) and securing it with a hose clamp, you can create aeration pipes and aeration devices of any desired length. Thanks to the fine slits provided in the hose (membrane): ■ The bubbles generated during aeration are small, resulting in a high oxygen dissolution efficiency. When replacing a typical aeration device, it is expected to reduce power consumption, energy use, and CO2 emissions by lowering the blower output. ■ It also serves as a backflow prevention measure when the blower is stopped, making it suitable for intermittent operation. Additionally, it is resistant to clogging. These are some of its features. This product is made in Germany and boasts high quality.
